Your New Role

CV Services is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Civil Project Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team.

Reporting to Project Managers, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of civil infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors and clients, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

This position offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, from tender handover and planning through to construction, commissioning and project completion. It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further develop their project delivery and leadership capabilities while working on meaningful infrastructure projects.

Projects may include

- Civil infrastructure and subdivision works

- Roads, pavements and transport infrastructure

- Utility and service installations

- Earthworks and Pit & Pipe Projects

- Industrial and urban infrastructure projects

- Renewable energy and construction support works

Key responsibilities include

- Assisting in the delivery of multiple electrical infrastructure projects through a civil lens

- Supporting project planning, scheduling and resource coordination

- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site activities





- Monitoring project progress, costs and financial performance

- Preparing project reports, forecasts and documentation

- Managing procurement and material tracking

- Supporting contract administration and variation management

- Assisting with stakeholder and client communications

- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies

- Driving compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements

- Supporting site teams to achieve project milestones and successful outcomes

What You'll Need To Succeed To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

- Experience delivering civil construction or infrastructure projects

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery

- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and cost control principles

- Experience coordinating subcontractors and project stakeholders

- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and project documentation

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

Highly regarded

- Experience in roads, subdivisions, utilities,



pit & pipe or earthworks projects

- Exposure to government, local council or major infrastructure projects

- Experience working for a contractor in a project delivery environment
