Cleaners by Ali is looking for reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented cleaners to provide professional cleaning services across commercial and construction-related sites.
The role may include cleaning site offices, construction amenities, portable buildings, commercial offices, and pre-hire/post-hire facilities, as well as assisting with final builder cleans when required.
Main Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining site offices and commercial spaces.
- Cleaning toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, lunchrooms and common areas.
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Dusting and wiping desks, surfaces, windowsills and furniture.
- Cleaning and sanitising high-touch areas.
- Emptying bins and replacing bin liners.
- Cleaning portable buildings and amenities before or after hire.
- Assisting with final builder and construction cleans when required.
- Following site-specific cleaning instructions and safety requirements.
- Completing assigned cleaning tasks to a high professional standard.
- Taking before/after or completion photos when required for quality control.
- Reporting any issues, damage or additional cleaning requirements to the Cleaners by Ali team.
Requirements
- Valid ABN.
- Own reliable vehicle and ability to travel to assigned sites.
- Cleaning equipment and supplies when required.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and site safety procedures.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but training may be provided for suitable candidates.
- Ideally live in or close to Upper Kedron/Joyner
