About the role

Multiple positions available for Cleaning Operators and Site Supervisors in aged care facilities across Sydney. Cleaning Operators will carry out daily cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas, dining rooms and facilities to a high standard. Site Supervisors will oversee cleaning duties and coordinate team operations.

Pay: $30 – $45 per hour depending on role and experience, + weekend/evening/public holiday penalty rates + superannuation, in line with the Cleaning Services Award.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out (or for supervisors, oversee) daily cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas, dining rooms and facilities to a high standard
- Follow infection control procedures and use colour-coded equipment correctly
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, in line with WHS procedures
- Maintain a respectful, friendly manner around elderly residents and staff
- Report maintenance issues,



damage or safety hazards
- Supervisors: coordinate rosters and staff, run site inspections and quality checks, manage stock levels, liaise with facility management

About you

- Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally in aged care, healthcare or hospitality (training provided for operator roles)
- Previous supervisory experience required for Site Supervisor roles
- Reliable, punctual, able to work independently or in a team
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) and NDIS Worker Screening Check / Working with Vulnerable People clearance as required
- Full Australian work rights
- Available weekdays, weekends and/or public holidays (roster-dependent)
