We’re looking for an experienced commercial insurance broker to join us as a Clear Adviser, a senior role for someone with strong technical capability, sound judgement, commercial insight and a natural ability to build trusted client relationships.

What makes this role different?

This is not a role where you simply inherit a portfolio and keep it ticking over. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their businesses, risks and ambitions, providing considered advice throughout the year, not just at renewal.

You’ll manage the full client lifecycle, from risk advice and placement through to renewals, claims advocacy and ongoing strategy. You’ll work directly with executives, boards, insurers and other key stakeholders, bringing clarity to complex insurance decisions.

You’ll also mentor developing team members, contribute to smarter ways of working and support business development alongside our CEO.

You’ll ideally bring:

- 10+ years’ commercial insurance broking experience, with the confidence to independently manage a client portfolio
- A Diploma of Financial Services (Broking) or relevant professional qualification




- Strong technical knowledge across commercial and general insurance classes
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and presenting clear, practical recommendations
- Strong negotiation, relationship management and claims advocacy skills
- Commercial judgement and a clear understanding of how trusted client relationships drive retention and growth
- Strong systems capability and discipline around documentation, workflows and compliance standards
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine willingness to mentor and support others
