Impeccable Cleaning Services is looking for an experienced and motivatedCleaning Manager to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone who can take ownership of daily cleaning operations, lead our cleaning teams, maintain high service standards, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to client expectations.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations across residential, commercial, vacate, builders and other cleaning projects.
You will work closely with clients, cleaners and management to ensure every job is properly organised, staffed and completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily cleaning operations
- Conduct site inspections and quality-control checks
- Ensure cleaning jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Train, supervise and support cleaning staff
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and productivity
- Conduct pre-start and post-job inspections where required
- Manage keys, access arrangements and site requirements
- Coordinate urgent and last-minute cleaning requests
- Monitor job profitability, labour hours and operational costs
- Maintain accurate job records and reporting
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of cleaning staff
- Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Manager, Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of skilled cleaning standards and procedures
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and teams simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Good leadership and people-management skills
- High attention to detail
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to travel between job sites across Perth
- Basic computer and administration skills

Pay: $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 38.0 per week
