Are you ready to put your organisational strengths and commitment to excellent service into a role where they truly count? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Client Services Administrator to provide dedicated administrative support to our Town Planning team.

This is a full-time position based at our Nambour head office, conveniently located close to public transport and parking. You’ll join a friendly, skilled and relaxed workplace where teamwork is valued, and play an important role in delivering efficient and consistent service to our clients.

About the Role

As a Client Service Administrator, you will provide administrative and client support to our Town Planning team, helping to ensure projects progress efficiently and clients receive a high level of service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating new client engagements and obtaining relevant client details to establish records in our office management software
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, professionally handling enquiries and providing updates regarding job progress
- Liaising with local authorities, statutory bodies and government departments as required
- Preparing debtor invoices, job costing records and reports
- Assisting with public notification processes and compliance documentation




- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently
- Contributing to continual improvement of office processes and administration practices

Key Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in an administrative or client services role, ideally within a professional services environment such as town planning, surveying, engineering, construction or similar industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using WorkflowMax or similar project/office management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A professional and approachable manner, with a strong commitment to providing excellent client service
