Our client is a full turn key developer builder with extensive opportunities across both client side project management and commercial builds. The business is currently seeking an individual with significant design and construct experience to take projects from early town planning and concept through construction to PC.
This role would complement an individual who has delivered multiple projects in the commercial construction sector as a PM to $20M who is interested in client side project management and or an individual who has worked for a developer builder and been involved in all facets of the project lifecycle.
