Robertson Health Centre is located within Robertson Barracks in Holtze, approximately 15 km east of Darwin. The facility supports approximately 2,800 Defence personnel, along with a significant Reserve component. The Barracks also host an additional 2,500 US Marines on a rotational basis from May to September each year. The Health Centre provides comprehensive services including primary medical, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy, and mental health care,



and operates a 22-bed, 24/7 inpatient ward. Standard operating hours are 7:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Provide oral hygiene treatments and preventive dental care to patients (defence members)
n
- Deliver tailored oral health education and advice to support wellbeing
n
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
n
- Support infection control, sterilisation, and hygiene protocols
n
- Collaborate with dental and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe care
n
- Ensure compliance with Defence policies and clinical standards
n

What You Bring

n

n
- current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Dental Hygienist or Oral Therapist
n
- minimum 2 years' recent clinical experience in dental hygiene
n
- ability to work both independently and within a supportive team
n
- robust communication skills with a caring, patient-focused approach
n
- commitment to maintaining high clinical and ethical standardsAustralian Citizenship a must to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
