Expression of Interest: Clinical Care Managers

North Shore & Northern Beaches

Althos is building relationships with experienced Clinical Care Managers and Care Managers who are based across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches, or who would be open to working in these areas.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who began their careers as Registered Nurses and have since progressed into clinical leadership roles within residential aged care.

This is an expression of interest rather than an advertisement for one specific vacancy. We are building a strong network of experienced clinical leaders for current and future permanent opportunities across the local market.

Who we would like to hear from

You may currently be working as a Clinical Care Manager, Care Manager, Clinical Services Manager, Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role.

You will ideally have a strong clinical foundation, including previous experience as a Registered Nurse, current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing.

We are also looking for people who bring experience leading nursing and care teams, developing and reviewing care plans, supporting clinical governance, maintaining quality and compliance standards, and working closely with residents,



families and operational leaders.

Experience within residential aged care is important.
