About the role

Join the dynamic Emergency Department team at Orange Health Service as a Nurse Educator and play a key role in developing and supporting our nursing workforce.

Working Monday to Friday (8:00am to 4:30pm), you will deliver clinical and mandatory education, support ongoing skills development and competency assessment, and work closely with the NUM3 and CNUMs to meet the learning needs of a diverse team of over 70 nursing staff.

This hands-on role includes orientating new staff, providing one-on-one clinical support, facilitating education sessions, and creating opportunities for staff to enhance their emergency nursing skills across a broad range of specialties, including acute and trauma care.
