Full Time Role Available !

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager or Registered Nurse with proven leadership capability and experience in the same or similar role, who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our Residents at The Pines in a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday.

You should be ideally a confident, compassionate, and capable leader who is passionate about aged care and able to inspire excellence in others. You will:

- Be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Have experience working as a clinician in Aged Care.
- Have leadership experience in aged care with the ability to influence others to deliver high quality care and customer service.
- Have a high level of clinical knowledge.
- Have detailed knowledge and experience with AN-ACC assessments and documentation.
- Have a sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.

As an integral part of the leadership team, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership across the Facility together with management of all clinical functions to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care.
- Ensure all care documentation is completed with appropriate strategies implemented.
- Support Residents and their families by addressing queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
- Manage, support, coach, monitor and mentor the clinical care team in the provision of quality care.
- Contribute to the achievement of established goals and objectives with a continuous improvement focus.

About the facility

Aegis The Pines has been designed to offer a broad range of accommodation and lifestyle options for 78 residents in three areas.



Designed to complement the Ellenbrook Village, it incorporates a Mediterranean style. Situated within the majestic pine plantation and the natural bushland of Ellenbrook. Many 'day trip' venues are located close-by in the Swan Valley, providing a wonderful variety of choice for that special outing.

Aegis The Pines is an ageing in place facility with both High and Low Care accommodation available in all areas as well as specialist dementia care.

Accommodation comprises single and double rooms with a large ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. The different areas or wings all have lounge and dining areas and access to extensive gardens and patio areas.
