Role Description

As a Co-Founder at Thinkwider Co., Ltd., you will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving growth in the AI integration and document-processing market. This contract, remote role involves collaborating on product vision, contributing to go-to-market strategies, and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. You will engage with potential clients, gather feedback, and help refine offerings to better serve enterprise and professional users.

Day-to-day work includes market research, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives,



and coordinating with technical teams to align product capabilities with customer needs. You will also support operational planning, help define success metrics, and represent the company in external communications and industry networks.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to understand complex technical offerings, evaluate market opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with partners, clients, and internal teams, and for presenting ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Proven sales experience in B2B or enterprise software, including building client relationships and contributing to revenue growth.
- Marketing skills to help shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for AI and document-processing products.
- Research skills to track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging use cases in AI, RAG, and secure document analysis.
- Background or strong interest in AI, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data privacy is highly beneficial.
- Experience in startup or early-stage company environments, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Comfort working fully remotely and collaborating across time zones using digital collaboration tools.
