- Manage full-function finance for several trading entities
- Prepare and analyse
- Budgets and forecasts
- Profit & Loss statements
- Cashflow reports
- Weekly and monthly financial reports
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Liaise directly with clients and senior management
- Collaborate with internal accounting teams across multiple locations
- Work with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Support strategic planning through financial analysis and modelling
- Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS for several entities
Skills & Experience
- Experience within the motor dealership industry (highly regarded)
- Robust background in full-function accounting/finance roles
- Understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Systems experience
- PMDS
- Xero
- MYOB
- Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Information
- Strong communication and organisational skills are essential
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred, but not essential
- CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar finance/accounting role
