LF Facility Group is a growing, Melbourne-based, heart-led commercial cleaning and facility services business, and we’re looking for some recent Sparklers to join our friendly, close-knit team.

We currently have two different opportunities available across Melbourne:

ROLE 1: COMMERCIAL CLEANER

Casual | 15–20 Hours Per Week

We’re looking for reliable, detail-focused Sparklers to join our commercial cleaning team, servicing a range of client sites across Melbourne.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard and likes having variety in their working week.

What the role looks like:

- 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours and growth within the company
- Working across commercial and strata properties
- Positions available across Melbourne’s Northern, Western, Eastern and Southern inner suburbs, including areas such as Brunswick, Footscray, Hawthorn and Windsor
- Monday to Sunday availability between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm
- Possible early-morning starts, including some for 6:00 am
- No overnight or late-night shifts
- Travel reimbursement between sites
- All cleaning equipment provided

ROLE 2: END OF LEASE CLEANING TEAM LEADER

Part-Time | Minimum 15 Hours Per Week

This position will be offered at a Part Time Level 2 classification, with the potential for Level 3 based on previous experience,



skills and suitability for the role.

We’re also looking for an experienced, confident and hands-on Team Leader to help lead our End of Lease and Once of Cleans cleaning team.

This is a working Team Leader position. You’ll be cleaning alongside your team while helping coordinate jobs, maintain our standards and make sure each property is completed efficiently and ready to hand back to the client.

Our End of Lease team works across Melbourne, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can confidently lead others and is comfortable travelling to different locations.

What the role looks like:

- Minimum 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours and growth within the company
- Leading and working alongside our End of Lease cleaning team
- End of lease, builders, presentation and project-based cleans
- Travelling between properties across Melbourne
- Helping coordinate the team on site and keeping jobs moving efficiently
- Ensuring LF Facility Group cleaning standards are consistently achieved
- Supporting, guiding and communicating with team members throughout each job
- Monday to Sunday availability between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm
- No overnight or late-night shifts
- Travel reimbursement between sites
- All cleaning equipment provided

ABOUT YOU For both roles, we’re looking for people who:
- Have strong attention to detail and genuinely take pride in their work
- Are reliable,



punctual and able to manage their time well
- Have excellent communication skills
- Bring a positive, friendly and can-do attitude
- Are comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence and have their own reliable vehicle, as travel to, from and between sites with equipment is essential
- Are legally able to work in Australia
- Hold a current Police Check or are willing to obtain one
- Are inclusive, respectful and comfortable working with people from all walks of life

Previous commercial cleaning experience is favourable for our Commercial Cleaner role, but by no means essential. We’re happy to support and train the right person who brings the right attitude.

For our End of Lease Cleaning Team Leader role, previous professional cleaning experience is required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded, along with the confidence to guide a team, manage time on site and maintain a high standard from start to finish.
