Due to continued portfolio growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a quality commercial portfolio and become part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

This is a genuine career prospect for an accomplished Commercial Property Manager seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the support of an experienced leadership team.

The Opportunity

Managing a well-maintained commercial portfolio of approximately 100 leases, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assets while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

You will enjoy a high level of autonomy while working within an established property management structure that values professionalism, accountability, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end commercial property management
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Lease administration and compliance oversight
- Rent reviews, outgoings reconciliations and lease renewals
- Budget preparation and financial reporting




- Coordination of maintenance and contractor management
- Regular property inspections and stakeholder communication
- Delivering exceptional client service and portfolio performance

About You

- Previous experience managing a commercial property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
- Current WA Driver's Licence
