This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential or Commercial Property Manager looking to build their career within the commercial space. The Candidate:

- Previous experience in commercial property management OR solid experience in residential property management
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Own car and driver’s license




- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict resolution

Your Role:

- Manage a clean and structured portfolio of commercial and industrial properties
- Prepare and manage commercial leases
- Negotiate lease renewals and ensure seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate records in RP Office
- Monitor and follow up on rental arrears to keep accounts on track
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests
- Prepare rent calculations and outgoing forecasts
- Conduct annual rent increases and market rent reviews
- Receive strong admin support to assist with day-to-day tasks
