Alliance Climate Controlis looking to hire a new Handyman to help round out our team of Service experts. Our ideal candidate is motivated, good-willed, honest, and loves a good challenge.
Job Summary The successful applicant will be assisting our Air-Conditioning and Electrical division. This will involve many skilled labouring tasks such as:
- Repair around the residential home
- Small to Medium plastering (Gyprocking) repairs
- Small to medium painting works
- Light sanding/painting repairs
- Cutting access for installation team to successfully finish work
- Experience with old style ceilings, lava, and plaster
- Cutting floorboards, clean access
- Maintenance and repairs around Alliance workshop
Our areas of service are Sydney Metro.
Must have the following
- Experience in Handyman residential home services 5 years minimum
- Be physically fit, reliable and able to work
- Be able to patch, set, sand gyprock – ready for painting
- Experience in painting
- Must have tools
- Knowledge of main aspects of handyman services
- Drivers Licence
- Have a robust customer focus
- Team Player
- A keen, can do attitude
- Attention to detail (paramount)
- Well presented at all times
- Strong work ethic
- An empathetic, committed and trustworthy character would be desirable
- Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
