Content Operations Manager – iHeart

About the role
We’re looking for a Melbourne-based Content Operations Manager to join the iHeart team. This role sits at the centre of our podcast and streaming operations, managing the systems, workflows and amplification activity that enable seamless content delivery, audience growth and long-term success for our internal and external partners.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the content operations systems supporting podcasts and the iHeart ecosystem, including partner setup, maintenance and migrations, while providing ongoing technical support, platform guidance and training.
- Manage podcast amplification campaigns from briefing, scripting, scheduling and asset trafficking through to optimisation and performance reporting.
- Use platform analytics, industry insights and best practice to drive content discovery, audience growth and performance across internal and partner podcasts, including delivering data-led insights and guidance.
- Manage iHeart in-app editorial and collaborate with teams to test iHeart ecosystem updates, ensuring the platform remains timely, relevant and showcases the breadth of the network.
- Oversee day-to-day iHeart studio operations including bookings, training and support.
About you You’re technically savvy and love digital audio. You’re process-driven, curious, and love finding ways to help content reach more ears. You’ll bring:
- 3+ years' experience in media, audio or entertainment, with a focus on digital platforms or content operations.
- Robust technical proficiency across content publishing platforms, CMS tools such as Omny,
studio systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- You’re driven by insights and love leveraging data to improve content discoverability and performance.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for juggling multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder and partner management skills, paired with a proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
