What You'll Be Doing

- Managing the full contract administration lifecycle across current build residential and commercial projects
- Preparing and negotiating subcontracts, variations, and progress claims
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, and forecasts against contract value
- Liaising with project managers, subcontractors,



and clients to keep commercial matters on track
- Identifying and managing contractual risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting the project manager and management with reporting and commercial strategy — with a view to taking on more responsibility as you grow into the role

What You'll Bring

- 3–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in the Australian construction industry
- Solid experience on new build commercial and/or multi-residential projects
- Jobpac experience highly regarded
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with sharp attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A genuine appetite for career growth and a willingness to be developed into a senior, leadership role
