DAILY DUTIES AND ROLES

- Preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, naan, roti, desserts, and rice varieties.

- Seasoning, marinating, and preparing meats and poultry according to recipes.

- Maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.

- Supervising and training kitchen staff and apprentices.

- Planning menus, managing inventory, and assisting with budgeting and cost analysis.

- Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of all kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- 3+ Years experience required in the same field worked as a cook and relevant qualification will be considered.

- Valuable knowledge of health and nutrition, keen attention to detail.

- Must be able to work under pressure and able to cover shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,600.00 per year
