About the Role

Mr Burch is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join its kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure food is ready for service.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Assist with stock control, food storage and stock rotation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure meals are prepared efficiently during busy service periods.




- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assist with catering, specials and dietary requirements where required.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
