About the Role
n You'll work with a diverse client base, providing high quality physiotherapy services across the local community.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Providing physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation
n
- Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and quality of life
n
- Working across Aged Care and Community environments
n
- Developing individualised treatment and care plans
n
- Working closely with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n
- Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and evidence-based practice
n
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
n

About You

n





You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys building relationships, working independently and seeing the direct impact of your work.
n You'll bring:

n

n
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
- Relevant Physiotherapy qualifications
n
- Authorisation to work in Australia
n
- Experience across Aged Care, Community, NDIS or a similar setting
n
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
n
- A client focused and compassionate approach
n
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
n
- A current Victorian Driver's License and access to your own vehicle
n
