PepsiCo is seeking a senior RGM leader to design and drive a Future RGM Capabilities vision across international markets. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate external benchmarking, and embed best practices into OU roadmaps to enable faster growth.

You will collaborate with Commercial, S&T;, Marketing, and Finance to advance our digital strategy and scale successful tests across regions, reporting to the RGM Leadership Team and influencing senior stakeholders.
