The Role | Sales Associate
n As a Sales Associate, you'll work closely with established Sales Consultants and gain exposure to every stage of the residential sales process.
n You'll have the opportunity to:

- Support Sales Consultants across their listings, buyers and vendors
n
- Assist with prospecting and business development activities
n
- Develop and maintain databases and client relationships
n
- Conduct buyer follow-up and assist with lead generation
n
- Attend open homes, inspections and auctions
n
- Assist with sales campaigns and listing preparation
n
- Develop your knowledge of the Melbourne property market
n
- Build relationships with buyers, vendors and other industry professionals
n
- Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, negotiation and sales
n
- Receive ongoing coaching, training and mentoring
n
n

Sales Associate | Guaranteed Base Salary
n Your first step will be working alongside experienced Sales Consultants while developing the skills and knowledge required to become a successful agent.
n You'll receive structured support,
hands-on experience and ongoing mentoring while being exposed to a high-volume sales environment.

Sales Consultant | Retainer + Commission
n As you develop your capability and demonstrate the required performance, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a Sales Consultant role.
n You'll then have the opportunity to:

Who We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn, confident with people and reliable about building a career in real estate sales.
n You may be:
n
n
- Newly qualified and looking to break into residential sales
n
- Currently completing your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
n
- Working in another area of real estate and looking to transition into sales
n
- Working in a sales or customer-facing role and looking for your first opportunity in real estate
n
- Already working as a junior Sales Assistant or Associate and looking for a stronger career pathway
n
n

Essential Requirements

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence

- Reliable vehicle

- Full Australian working rights

- Availability to work Saturdays

- Agent's Representative qualification or currently studying towards a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
