We are looking for reliable ABN-registered subcontractor courier drivers to complete delivery runs throughout Sydney and surrounding areas.
Drivers will collect parcels from our designated collection point and complete deliveries to customers using the provided delivery information and instructions.
Responsibilities
- Collect and safely load parcels
- Complete deliveries accurately and professionally
- Follow delivery instructions and manifests
- Obtain required proof of delivery
- Handle parcels carefully
- Report failed deliveries, damaged parcels or delivery issues promptly
- Maintain communication with the operations team
- Return undelivered parcels as instructed
- Provide qualified customer service
Requirements
- Valid ABN
- GST registration where applicable
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Suitable vehicle
- Appropriate vehicle insurance
- Smartphone with reliable internet/data
- Good knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Previous courier/delivery experience is preferred but not essential
Contractor Arrangement This is an independent contractor/subcontractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own business obligations, including applicable tax, GST, insurance, vehicle expenses and other operating costs.
