​Our client has been trading in wholesale fruit and vegetables at the Brisbane Produce Market since it started operations in 1921. Since then, our business has evolved and expanded to include importing produce, cold storage, quality control, ripening, pre-packing, order assembly and value-adding. We pride ourselves on our customised third-party logistics business.

We are looking for a Counterbalance forklift operator to join the team.The role will also include manual labour/ Pick packing

SHIFT

4.30am and 5.30am starts Mon - Fri

Available Saturdays (on rotation)

7-9 hour shift

Rate : $33.55 per hour

Main Duties - the job will entail, but is not limited to:

- Picking orders ( manual work)
- Loading and Unloading Counterbalance forklift duties
- Quality checking stock when picking orders
- Sizing/stacking pallets
- Stock rotation
- Stock counts
- Working as a team with fellow staff
- Communicating with Sales staff

Uniform

- Hi Vis
- Steel capped shoes

Suitable candidates will have a screening call and also need to be able to attend a meet and greet with the client

Inductions will be on site for successful candidates on their first shift
