Cold Xpress Refrigerated Transport is looking for an experienced Credit & Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, credit control, and account reconciliations while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable process.
- Process invoices and allocate customer payments.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up outstanding debts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain credit limits and payment terms.
- Investigate invoice and payment queries.
- Prepare debtor reports and support month-end reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and provide general finance support.
About You
- Previous experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts Officer roles.
- Strong knowledge of credit control and debtor management.
- Experience using Xero and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Transport, logistics, warehousing, or distribution industry experience is advantageous.
