Our Welshpool/East Victoria Park location is home to a committed team providing towbar sales and fitting across a variety of products and vehicle types from SUVs and 4WDs to light trucks and buses. Joining a committed team, you will be the lynchpin between our customers, sales and internal support teams.

A typical day for our Customer and Sales Support team:

Service Excellence: you will see a task through to completion, demonstrating a consistent customer-centric mindset with all interactions (Inbound/Outbound calls/emails/Counter Service).

Trusted Advisor: providing clear and accurate information with regards to product, inventory or general fitment booking enquiries

Respect: Maintain a high level of professionalism and engagement with internal teams and in all interactions

All in the detail: accurately capture customer details and orders to ensure on time delivery and seamless customer experience

Your positive attitude and willingness to learn will be complimented by your proven ability to effectively communicate and be proactive in a fast-paced changing work environment.

What we are looking for





You appreciate the importance of great customer service and bring a continuous improvement lens to every task. The opportunity to utilise your superb inter-personal skills to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers will become your trademark.

Ideally you will also have;

- Experience in a branch customer service or sale support role (Automotive/4WD/Repair/ Aftermarket Retail industry experience would be ideal)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Action oriented, curious mind and eager to learn
- Current and Valid Driver’s License
- Personable with strong communication skills (telephone and in-person)
- Ability to manage tasks in a timely manner and strong organisational skills
- Agile & adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
