Italian Pizza Town is looking for an experienced and reliable team member to join our busy pizza shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly customer service in person
- Answering phone calls and taking customer orders accurately
- Using the POS system and processing payments
- Cutting, boxing and preparing pizzas for collection or delivery
- Keeping the front counter and work areas clean and organised
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a pizza shop
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
