Defect & Triage Lead || 6 Months Contract

Location: Melbourne, VIC (3 Days/Week In Office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and track defects identified throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Lead defect triage sessions, prioritising issues based on business impact and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and delivery teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
- Assess risks, provide visibility of issue status, and support release readiness.
- Drive defect management processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Experience:

- Robust background in defect management, testing, or quality assurance.
- Experience facilitating triage meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to prioritise competing issues in fast-paced delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
