Dealer Network Development Team Lead, APAC

You will manage BRP's existing dealer network development team supporting Australia, New Zealand and Japan. As both people leader and functional owner, you will set direction, align resources and create the operating rhythm that enables the team to perform. You will also own the regional network agenda: where BRP is represented, which partners we grow with, how we lift dealer performance, and how network standards translate into better commercial results and customer experiences.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Build and execute an evidence-based dealer network strategy for Australia, New Zealand and Japan, aligned with BRP's brand, sales, aftersales and customer objectives.
- Use market potential, customer, competitor and dealer data to identify coverage gaps, capacity constraints and opportunities to expand, consolidate or reshape the network.
- Own a clear dealer performance framework spanning retail and wholesale results, profitability, inventory, market share, customer experience, standards and capability.
- Set and lift expectations for dealer facilities, brand representation, operating processes and the end-to-end customer journey across sales and aftersales.
- Maintain accurate network plans and a current view of competitive networks, dealer economics, customer expectations and regulatory developments.
- Manage, coach and develop the existing regional network-development team, translating strategy into clear country, portfolio and individual priorities, goals and workloads.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

- At least seven years of relevant experience in dealer network development, dealer performance, field operations or commercial leadership within an OEM, importer, distributor or dealer group.
- A strong record of shaping network strategy and delivering outcomes across dealer recruitment, appointments, standards, performance improvement and partner relationships.
- Deep understanding of dealer business models and the ability to interpret dealer financials, sales, inventory, market and customer data.
- Proven experience directly managing and developing an established team across locations or markets, including objective setting, workload allocation, performance management and development planning.
- Commercial judgement, negotiation skill and the confidence to influence dealer principals, investors, senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Readiness to travel frequently across Australia, New Zealand and Japan, with occasional wider international travel.
- Experience in powersports, automotive, motorcycle, marine or another dealer-led durable-goods sector such as agricultural machinery and farm equipment, trucks and commercial vehicles, or other outdoor power equipment.

Do you have other qualifications? Tell us what is unique about you that is a great addition to the team.
