Delivery Manager- Data & analytics

Australian Citizenship Required The Delivery Manager will lead a cross-functional team that may include Technical Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Testers, ensuring business and technical requirements are aligned to validated business use cases and translated into high-quality data solutions.

This role will be central to delivering a roadmap of data assets and products that enable data-driven decision-making and improved organizational performance. You will act as a trusted delivery lead, working across Data & Analytics teams, business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve delivery issues, manage priorities and bring together business needs with practical data solutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver data assets and data products that support organizational workflows and decision-making.
- Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, resources, risks and issues.
- Establish and maintain delivery roadmaps aligned with broader program milestones.
- Manage and prioritize development and enhancement backlogs based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Report delivery progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, business representatives, service designers and technical teams to define explicit and achievable requirements.




- Maintain strong requirements traceability and delivery documentation.
- Review business and technical designs to ensure solutions align with data governance, privacy, security, usability and quality standards.
- Coordinate design, integration and testing activities across CRM, data and integration platforms.

What we are looking for

- Strong experience leading data teams and delivering complex change programs with high-quality outcomes.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary data and analytics resources, including Technical BAs, Data Engineers and Data Analysts.
- Ability to develop detailed delivery plans covering the discovery, design, build and implementation of data products.
- Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 and/or PMBOK.
- Experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery models, including using JIRA to plan, track and measure delivery progress and team productivity.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and resolve delivery risks and issues.
- Experience using common project management tools such as Microsoft Project.

Highly Desirable

- Experience with data management principles/DMBOK and the delivery of data and analytics products will be highly regarded.
- Hands-on exposure to SQL and/or Python, together with platforms such as AWS, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake or Databricks, would also be advantageous.
