n Nurse Generation is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a strong residential aged care background to join an exciting short-term project supporting aged care providers across Recent South Wales and potentially other states.
n This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled clinicians who enjoy care planning, clinical documentation and improving resident outcomes, while experiencing a variety of aged care environments.
n Our clients rely on us to provide experienced clinicians when additional support is needed. The work can be intensive, but it is incredibly rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside dedicated aged care teams.

About The Role
n
As a Clinical Documentation & Care Planning Specialist, you will work onsite within residential aged care homes, partnering with clinical teams to review, develop and enhance resident care plans and clinical documentation.
n The role involves travelling to sites across NSW and staying onsite for approximately one week at a time, before moving to the next location or returning. This is a Monday to Friday position, allowing you to return home between project rotations where practical. This is not shift work.

About You
n
To be successful you will have:
n
n
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Extensive experience within Australian Residential Aged Care
n
- Advanced knowledge of care planning and clinical documentation
n
- Experience with eCase & Bestmed
n
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
n
- Ability to work independently and quickly build rapport with onsite teams
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout NSW
n
