The Opportunity

n

MinRes is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join our Wodgina Lithium Operation on an 8D6X 7N7X roster flying from Perth

n

Reporting directly to the Processing Superintendent, you will lead a dedicated team, ensure safe and efficient production while continuously improve processing activities to achieve production targets.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Leading a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.
n
- Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues.
n
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
n




- Coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure high levels of equipment reliability.
n
- Managing the response to breakdowns and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
n
- Fostering a work environment that promotes safety and compliance with all required regulations.
n

What is Required

n

n
- Strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience with Spodumene Flotation experience highly desirable
n
- Demonstrated experience providing leadership within a processing plant environment
n
- Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
n
- Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Solid focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture
n
- Training and assessing experience highly desirable
n
