- Part-time, 3 days / 24 hours per week

We’re looking for someone to take the lead on our day-to-day digital content.

In practical terms, that means running our socials, writing and editing blogs, making TikToks and Reels, building newsletters, updating the website and creating content across pretty much every online channel we use.

If you’re chronically online, understand what works on social, can write well, and like doing a bit of everything, you’ll enjoy this role.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across

- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Blogs, articles and copywriting
- Short-form video, including Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Weekly newsletters and email campaigns
- Website content and updates
- Simple design work in Canva
- Client content for some of Australia’s biggest employers

It’s a varied role, and you’ll have plenty of freedom to work out what deserves your attention.

What we’re looking for

You’re fluent in how Gen Z communicates online, know what works on social, are tech-savvy and enjoy making things look aesthetic, whether that’s a report, template, post or page.



You’re also happy to pick up a phone and shoot or edit short-form video yourself.

You can figure things out as you go. We’re a small team, so there won’t be six people approving a caption or someone checking whether you logged on at 8:59am.

Some experience creating content for social media is key, and you should know your way around tools like Canva, Claude, CapCut, WordPress and HubSpot, or be able to pick up new ones pretty quickly.

The role is 3 days per week, and we’re flexible on where you work. You can be based in our South Melbourne office, work hybrid or be fully remote.
