Northside Christian College is seeking an experienced Director of Secondary to join our Executive Team. This executive position will commence in Term 1 2027.

About the PositionThe Director of Secondary will:
- Provide leadership and oversight across the Secondary School, with a key focus on building a strong and cohesive culture
- Lead and support Secondary Year Level Coordinators
- Provide strategic, spiritual and operational leadership to staff and students
- Work collaboratively as a member of the College Executive Team
- Support the pastoral care, child safety and wellbeing of Secondary students

This is an initial full-time, three-year appointment to the position of Director of Secondary, with an underlying ongoing teaching role. What We’re Looking ForThe successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Ability to provide spiritual and effective operational leadership aligned with the Christian ethos, vision and values of the College




- A strong understanding of Christian education and the ability to support the Christian ethos of the College
- Ability to generate strategic ideas for improvement, innovation and change in collaboration with the Executive Team and Secondary School staff
- Commitment to supporting pastoral care, child safety and wellbeing programs that enable students to flourish
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all members of the College community
- Commitment to demonstrating and supporting the College vision and values
