Fortified Support is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We are currently expanding our team in Perth & Surrounding Suburb areas and are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to assist with both domestic tasks and individual support for NDIS participants.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide a range of supports to participants, which may include:

- Personal Care: Assisting with daily hygiene routines, including showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Household Support: Performing domestic tasks like cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Mobility Assistance: Helping with transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair), walking, and specialized mobility equipment.
- Community Access: Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, outings, and shopping.
- Health Management: Assisting with medication management and monitoring, as well as attending GP or health appointments.
- Emotional Support: Providing companionship and building trusting relationships to enhance well-being.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of daily activities,



progress, and incidents.

About You We’re looking for people who are caring, reliable, and passionate about helping others.

You will need

- Currently studying a Nursing degree - mandatory
- Experience in domestic assistance and/or disability or aged care support
- At least one skilled reference
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
- A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- USI Transcript
