We provide personalised support to clients across the Ipswich and surrounding region. RealCare Assist are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in disability support is preferred but not essential
- Female applicants required due to our client needs
- Availability for weekends and non-active sleepover shifts
- Genuine empathy, professionalism, and a passion for supporting others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Card or willingness to apply
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to apply
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence (minimum P2), access to a reliable vehicle, and smartphone
- Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous, though not required
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants with daily living activities
- Assist with community engagement and personal goal achievement
- Ensure participant safety, dignity, and overall wellbeing
