What We're Looking For:
- Aged 50-60 years old (Female)
- Caring, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Experience in Support Work or related fields (preferred)
- Certificate III/IV in a relevant field (preferred but not required)
- Reliable, insured vehicle and willingness to travel across Peakhurst
- Reliable roster including weekends and public holidays
- Professional development and career growth opportunities
- Supportive team environment
About the Role:
- Provide personal care, daily living support, and community access
- Encourage independence and assist with personal goals
- Use de-escalation techniques when required
- Work closely with families & the Oyster Care team
