About the Role

We’re currently seeking passionate, reliable, and empathetic Support Workers to join our team. You’ll be working one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities—assisting with daily living, building life skills, encouraging independence, and creating meaningful connections.

What We’re Looking For

You are someone who is:

- Genuinely passionate about supporting people with diverse needs
- Confident working independently and making a positive impact
- Caring, patient, and a great listener
- Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
- Committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
- Experienced in disability, aged care, or community support (highly regarded, but not essential)

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or equivalent (or working towards)




- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid driver’s licence
- Your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
- Smartphone with reliable internet connection
