About the Role

Mexican restaurant proud of our simple, good food and our tight-knit team. We’re looking for a dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join us three evenings a week. You’ll be trained on everything you need to know — we need someone who shows up ready to work. Reporting to the head of kitchen, your duties will include:

- Food preparation and prepping ingredients ahead of service

- Cooking during dinner service (Mexican menu — we’ll train you!)

- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently

- Washing dishes and maintaining a tidy workspace throughout the shift

- $27 p/h weekdays, $29 p/h weekends

- Set schedule — Fri & Sat, 6pm–close (approx. 9:30pm kitchen close)
