Healthii People is proud to be partnering with My Community Services to recruit an experienced Disability Team Leader to join their growing team in Campbelltown.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong disability professional who is passionate about leadership, service delivery and creating positive outcomes for people living with disability.

About the Role

As the Disability Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of disability services, leading a team of Support Workers and ensuring clients receive high-quality, person-centred support.

You will also be involved in the ongoing management and development of SIL/SDA homes, including establishing current homes and developing and implementing ROCs.

About You We are looking for an experienced and motivated disability professional who brings strong leadership skills and a genuine commitment to quality service delivery.

You will ideally have

- Substantial experience in a disability operations, team leadership or management role
- Strong knowledge of the disability services sector and NDIS requirements
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities




- A strong track record of improving operational processes and service outcomes
- Experience managing SIL/SDA environments
- Experience establishing new services or homes will be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Social Services, Disability or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Aged Care experience is advantageous but not essential

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support and manage a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality services
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and coordination of client services, including rostering when required
- Manage the day-to-day operations of SIL/SDA homes
- Ensure services operate in line with NDIS requirements, relevant legislation and organisational policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes
- Establish and support the development of new SIL/SDA homes
- Create and implement ROCs
- Build strong and positive relationships with clients, families, Support Coordinators and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recent programs and services
- Support the ongoing growth and development of the organisation
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across service delivery and operations
