Your new role
Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will play a key role across a broad range of restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation matters. You can expect exposure to:
- Corporate restructuring and turnaround matters
- Corporate and personal insolvency
- Bankruptcy matters
- Recovery and enforcement proceedings
- Insolvency-related investigations and claims
- Shareholder and director disputes

What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years' post-admission experience
- Experience in restructuring, insolvency, commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing matters and client relationships
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal issues
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
