Duty Manager | The Old Noarlunga Join the team at The Oldy!
We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager with gaming experience to join The Old Noarlunga. If you enjoy leading a team, delivering great service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.
- Up to 30 hours per week, with the potential for full-time employment in the future for the right candidate.
- Immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across the gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro;
- Lead by example, supporting the team throughout each shift;
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly;
- Build positive relationships with team members, locals and visitors;
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist across the bar when required; and
- Help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current RSA and Advanced Gaming qualifications — essential;
- An RP badge — advantageous;
- A minimum of two years’ gaming experience — highly regarded;
- A confident, friendly approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights; and
- A positive, hands-on attitude with a focus on building a great team culture.
