We are a growing 4WD and automotive parts specialist looking for a versatile, proactive team member to join our tight-knit operation. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role where no two days look the same—splitting time between digital marketing, daily office administration, customer support, and warehouse operations.
If you are organized, comfortable juggling spreadsheets and ad platforms, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to pack orders, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Admin: Accurate data entry, inventory updates, and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, monitor, and assist with paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive online sales.
- Customer Support: Answer inbound phone calls, handle customer inquiries, and provide friendly, helpful service regarding orders and parts.
- International Coordination: Liaise clearly and professionally with overseas team members and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Assembly & Dispatch: Assist in assembling product kits, packing outgoing orders securely, and maintaining general warehouse organization.
- General Support: Assist the business owner with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data filtering, formulas, clean data entry).
- Practical familiarity or foundational experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Clear, skilled communication skills—both over the phone with customers and digitally with overseas contractors/suppliers.
- A proactive, reliable attitude and willingness to be hands-on in a warehouse environment (light lifting and order packing).
- An interest in 4WDs, automotive gear, or e-commerce is a strong plus, but not required.
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
