More than just a childcare centre, our goal is to ensure that we are hiring qualified and dedicated Teachers and Educators to join our team. As we grow, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our close-knit and supportive team in Mandurah.

As an Early Childhood Educator your core responsibilities will include the following:

- Plan, supervise and implement the programs for children in accordance with the policies and procedures for delivery of the MindChamps curriculum and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Quality Framework – National Law and National Regulations, National Quality Standards, and the approved Early Years Learning Framework, with a focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to children at the centre-based service
- Establish and support collaborative team relationships with other early childhood educators to develop better teaching practices and participate in professional development opportunities
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents and families

What we are looking for

- A completed (or working towards)



Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Current/Valid Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) and First Aid/ Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificates
- The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative, and focused team of educators
- A love for children and an enthusiastic desire to make childcare a long-term career
- Passionate, enthusiastic and a strong commitment to high-quality education and care to children at the service
