About the role

As an Educator at Curious Kids, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and a love of learning. You will develop engaging, play based learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths and individual needs, build genuine, respectful relationships with children and their families, and contribute to a positive, inclusive and inspiring team culture.

Key responsibilities

- Develop engaging, play-based learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths and individual needs.
- Build genuine, respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and inspiring team culture.
- Mentor and support fellow educators where appropriate.
- Contribute to an Exceeding quality learning environment.
- Work collaboratively to uphold the EYLF, National Quality Framework and Child Protected Standards.
- Help create a place where every child feels a strong sense of belonging, being and becoming.

About you

- An ACECQA approved ECT qualification, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III with a strong commitment to progressing towards your Diploma.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
- Leadership experience, or the ambition and potential to step into leadership.
- A current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
