The Role: Casual Educator As a Casual Educator, you'll support our teams to create engaging and nurturing learning experiences while building strong connections with children, families, and colleagues.

You will





- Deliver programs inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework and Reggio Emilia philosophy.
- Foster children's wellbeing, confidence, and sense of belonging.
- Create meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Bring energy, warmth, and enthusiasm to every day.

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
- Previous experience working within an early childhood setting.
- Understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
- A reflective, inclusive, and child-centred approach to education.
- Current Working With Children Check and First Aid qualifications.
- National Child Safety Training via Geccko, or be willing to obtain this prior to commencing employment.
