We're looking for a Casual Employment Support Coach who enjoys working with people, leading from the front, solving problems and getting stuck in. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work while making a genuine difference in their local community.

? What You'll Be Doing

As an Employment Support Coach, you'll work alongside employees with disability, providing practical, individualised support to help them succeed in the workplace.

You'll

- Coach, mentor and support employees to achieve their workplace goals
- Work alongside employees to develop practical skills and confidence
- Encourage independence and support individual development
- Lead by example and provide hands-on support throughout the working day
- Assist with coordinating daily work activities and priorities
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive workplace
- Adapt your support to suit individual needs and abilities
- Build positive relationships with employees, colleagues and stakeholders
- Help solve day-to-day challenges as they arise
- Recognise and celebrate individual achievements and progress

We're looking for someone who:





- Genuinely enjoys working with and supporting people
- Is patient, encouraging and able to adapt their approach to different individuals
- Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable in a practical, hands-on working environment
- Has positive computer and administrative skills
- Is adaptable and available to work casual shifts as required

Experience in disability support, mental health, employment services, warehousing, horticulture, production or another hands-on environment would be highly regarded. However, we're equally interested in people with the right attitude, values and willingness to learn.

To be considered for this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
