About This Role

Your new role

Join Bayside Health Service as an Enrolled Nurse and use your clinical knowledge and skills to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care across a medical/surgical ward. Working collaboratively under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife, you'll contribute to positive patient outcomes while continuing to build your clinical capability and professional practice.

You'll care for a diverse patient group, including people with respiratory disease, endocrine disorders, stroke, dementia and age-related health needs, while contributing to quality improvement, education, evidence-based practice and a positive team culture.

About You

You are a compassionate and capable Enrolled Nurse who brings sound clinical knowledge, a commitment to person-centred care and a collaborative approach to delivering protected, high-quality outcomes for patients.

- Demonstrated ability to provide protected, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice under the direction and supervision of an RN/RM.
- Clinical knowledge and skills relevant to a medical/surgical environment, including caring for patients with complex and diverse health needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- A commitment to quality, safety, infection prevention and accurate clinical documentation, with confidence using electronic medical record systems.




- A proactive approach to professional development, reflective practice, teamwork and contributing to a positive and supportive clinical environment.

Redland Hospital Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
